Staff Training

I am leading and supervising graduate student staff members as we develop advanced library trainings for new staff. There will be over two dozen by the completion of the project and all will include a pre-test, a list of competencies, a training that can be completed individually at the desk, and a post-test. The trainings cover everything from basic reference desk skills (reference interviews, referrals), to advanced equipment training (poster printers, iMovie transfer stations), to database training.
