Staff Training Blog

Based off of my experience with Jing and Captivate, I developed a prototype staff training blog using embedded jing videos.

The videos are short, about 90 seconds, and are designed to communicate common questions and new services to a staff that has different schedules and locations.

I presented the staff training blog and poster showing development and implementation pat the 2009 Wisconsin Association of Academic Libraries conference.

Since a chief value of blogs are as a centralized source for reference, I developed several videos to supplement the training material at the Center For Limnology library.
