I have developed short tutorials on several library services using Adobe Captivate. Here is an example using Adobe Captivate.
In addition, I have delivered web-based instruction on using Adobe Connect and presented a nation-wide webinar about Prezi, an online presentation tool.
This training was viewed by librarians throughout the nation via the Open Library Solutions webinar series.
